Customers must be informed that their personal data will be used to issue invoices and to log reservations, and that their ID or company identification information will therefore be required.
When a reservation is confirmed, the accommodation must be paid by invoice. The rooms will practically be reserved only after full payment and after proof of payment has been sent by email to: contact@pensiuneahudaluipapara.ro
In case of cancellation the entire sum paid in advance is forfeited, except when the reservation is cancelled at least 7 days before check-in date – in which case 50% of the sum will be refunded.
COVID-19 Pandemic cancellation: Reservations may not be cancelled due to the current pandemic, but they can be rescheduled within a period of 12 months in peak season. (Cold months are considered off season).
